Sally’s Avocado Salsa
Ingredients
1 Avocado Diced
1 Tomato Diced
1/2 Red Onion Diced
1 tbsp Lime Juice

Method:

  1. Combine tomato, onion and lime juice; set aside (it can be kept in the fridge for a few hours)
  2. Just before serving add avocado and fold through mixture
  3. Serve immediately.
